Focusing on solving difficulties and blockages such as cross regional and cross subject trustworthy data circulation, we will carry out pilot projects in the construction of urban and industry data infrastructure, promote data interconnection, interoperability, and provide a secure and trustworthy environment for data fusion applications, and strive to overcome obstacles in data circulation applications. The third is to expand investment space. Actively developing the data industry, supporting the construction of data annotation bases, organizing pilot projects for high-quality dataset construction, opening up new investment opportunities, and promoting various social capital to increase investment in the data field. Based on data elements and digital technology, further empower enterprises with intelligent decision-making, customized design, flexible production, low inventory and efficient circulation, and full industry chain financial services, cultivating more new tracks for intelligent transformation. It is reported that in the next step, the National Data Administration will focus on the characteristics of large effective investment space and strong driving force in the digital economy field, further stimulate the endogenous driving force of enterprise transformation, and expand new investment needs.
