The Information Office of the People's Government of Hebei Province recently held a series of themed press conferences on the high-quality development of Hebei Province during the 14th Five Year Plan period. Over the past five years, Hebei Province has seized the important strategic opportunity of coordinated development between Beijing, Tianjin, and Hebei, actively deepened educational cooperation with Beijing and Tianjin, and accelerated the reform and development of education in Hebei Province by leveraging the advantageous resources of both regions, achieving a series of results. The modern education system in Xiong'an New Area is accelerating its construction. The relocation work of universities in Beijing is progressing smoothly, with the first batch of relocated universities starting construction comprehensively, the second batch of relocated universities determining project sites, and the third batch of relocated universities being launched in an orderly manner. Xiong'an New Area has opened 55 primary and secondary schools and kindergartens at a high level, with an increase of 49000 new school places. Over the past five years, cooperation in basic education among the Beijing Tianjin Hebei region has continued to strengthen, cooperation in vocational education has deepened, and substantial progress has been made in collaboration in higher education. At present, 314 high-quality primary and secondary schools and kindergartens in Beijing and Tianjin are cooperating with 496 schools in Hebei to run schools, and 10 county-level high schools in Hebei are supported by affiliated universities such as Tsinghua University and Renmin University of China; Organize 250 backbone principals and teachers from primary and secondary schools in Hebei to study in high-quality schools in Beijing and Tianjin every year. Establish a demonstration park for vocational education reform in the Beijing Tianjin Hebei region, and jointly cultivate high-quality technical and skilled talents; Steadily promote the pilot program of cross provincial individual enrollment and the "3+2" joint training of vocational colleges in the three regions, with a total enrollment of 17000 people.
