During this training, Yao Chao was selected to be sent to a military academy for further training. After returning, he digested and absorbed the knowledge he learned in the daily process of leading troops, and earnestly summarized the lessons learned from the last lecture, humbly learning from other excellent teachers. At the beginning of this year, the regiment organized another selection and assessment of military instructors, and Yao Chao, who returned to the podium, was full of confidence.
