The air defense alarm suddenly sounded, and the officers and soldiers acted upon the order, quickly evacuating and concealing their equipment. Recently, a full element exercise kicked off at a certain unit of the Southern Theater Command Air Force. This exercise is divided into stages and implemented in a coherent manner, aiming to truly test the survival, support, and sustained combat capabilities of the troops in the face of aerial threats. At the beginning of the drill, each team quickly entered a state of readiness and carried out mobilization material requisition and equipment technical inspection according to the plan. After the "air raid warning" signal was issued, the troops immediately organized personnel, equipment, and fighter jets according to the predetermined evacuation plan, and adopted a multi-channel, multi-directional, and batch based mobile approach to quickly transfer to multiple predetermined evacuation areas. When the special situation of "encountering air raids" came, some simulated positions and support points were hit by the "enemy", resulting in "damage", and the repair team faced the threat of a second air raid. Quickly repair the facilities and equipment in advance. The medical rescue team quickly provided on-site first aid and evacuated personnel and equipment hidden at various points to the "wounded", relying on simple protective fortifications to hold on and effectively maintain core support capabilities. In the final stage of "emergency repair and construction", the engineering support force uses field construction equipment to quickly repair and rebuild damaged simulated runways, ensuring the restoration of takeoff and landing and support functions in the shortest possible time. This exercise successfully verified the feasibility of the "zone evacuation and formation support" mode, and the officers and soldiers will take this exercise as an opportunity to continue to hone their support skills in complex battlefield environments, laying a solid foundation for winning future wars.
