Adhere to the system concept, promote the overall leadership and efficient implementation. Deeply grasp the important deployment and target requirements of the Party Central Committee on strengthening the standardization, legalization, and regularization of disciplinary inspection and supervision work, scientifically coordinate resources and work pace, and promote implementation and implementation. Give full play to the "leading goose effect" of the leadership team, and the Standing Committee of the Municipal Commission for Discipline Inspection regularly schedules the quality and efficiency of case handling, team building, and other work. Establish a "full cycle management" mechanism for disciplinary inspection and supervision suggestions, build a closed-loop mechanism of "precise proposal, tracking and supervision, rectification review, evaluation and effectiveness", deeply analyze and investigate typical cases, promote reform and governance through cases, timely report important matters to the municipal party committee, and promote the resolution of prominent disciplinary and work style problems in key areas. We will work hard to deal with unhealthy practices and corruption around the masses, focus on key areas such as rural water supply, campus meals, and residential electricity, adhere to the principle of case handling, work hard on finding problems, compacting responsibilities, and systematic governance, and strive to solve problems such as "pushing, solving, and turning over Shaobing (Baked cake in griddle)". Grasp the construction of a clean and honest culture in the new era, adhere to the red line drawn by warning education and cultivate self-awareness through discipline construction, assist the municipal party committee in holding warning education meetings, accurately push clean and honest reminders at important nodes, and educate and guide party members and cadres to consciously regulate their words and deeds. Focusing on enhancing the infectivity, cultural dissemination, and brand influence of the culture of integrity, the city's anti-corruption education center will serve as the main platform, fully leveraging the role of various anti-corruption education bases, and creating a system of anti-corruption education platforms. Pay attention to infrastructure construction, promote the consolidation of grassroots forces, and lay a solid foundation. Strengthening grassroots infrastructure construction is an inevitable requirement for improving the standardization, legalization, and regularization level of disciplinary inspection and supervision work, and promoting the extension of comprehensive strict governance of the Party to the grassroots level. Strengthen grassroots supervision through standardized construction, guide and promote the relatively independent and centralized office of all town (street) discipline (work) committees, innovate the mechanism of "regional cooperation+classified management", divide the city's towns and streets into industry led, rural revitalization, urban governance and other types, formulate work lists according to classification, carry out differentiated supervision and collaborative case handling. Improve the work system of the town (street) discipline (work) committee, promote the convening of meetings on party conduct, clean government construction, and anti-corruption work, form high-quality review and investigation reports, comprehensive supervision reports, and disciplinary inspection and supervision suggestions, and carry out clean and honest village construction in combination with actual conditions, providing a lever for effective performance of duties. To standardize the performance of duties and shine the "searchlight" of stationed supervision, carry out the construction of clean and honest units in stationed institutions, establish a medium - and long-term work effectiveness evaluation mechanism, and promote the resolution of key areas of problems.
