On the basis of resource integration and operation, clarifying property rights and precise pricing have become the key to assets entering the trading market. The "Forest Ecological Bank" in Shunchang County, Fujian Province, relies on a digital system to establish a standardized value evaluation system for centralized forestry resources, achieving accurate ownership and dynamic quantification of ecological assets. This not only provides a clear price tag for "one acre forest", but also introduces diverse business models such as forest health and agroforestry, deeply exploring and enhancing the composite value of resources. Building a data-driven "pricing system" to transform complex ecological services into trustworthy "pricing units" in the market, thus breaking through the bottleneck of resource transformation from "operational assets" to "tradable goods", and fully demonstrating the scenario value of data infrastructure in the field of ecological asset trading. By transforming static asset data into dynamic and verifiable 'data credit', the financial attributes of ecological assets can be released. The "Two Mountains" Transformation Intelligent Comprehensive Service Platform in Fuzhou City, Jiangxi Province, gathers multidimensional data on natural resource ownership registration, subsidy insurance, and approval planning to generate accurate risk assessment profiles for financial institutions. Based on this, ecological assets such as forests and farmland can become qualified collateral and credit certificates. This means that a reliable data stream becomes an "intelligent channel system" for precise irrigation of green industries with financial vitality, and the ecological value can be more fully demonstrated. Scene innovation is a key driving force for unleashing the value of data infrastructure. In the future, we will continue to focus on ecological protection, industrial upgrading, and financial innovation, deepen data integration and application, and promote the open empowerment of data infrastructure in more vertical application scenarios.
