Ivona Rajvac, Deputy Director of the Serbian Institute of International Political Economy, recently stated in an interview with reporters that China's institutional opening-up measures, represented by the Hainan Free Trade Port, have brought multiple opportunities for the development of enterprises in various countries and provided stable expectations for world economic growth. Rajjevac has visited China more than 30 times and witnessed China's development and changes firsthand. In her opinion, China's measures in establishing special economic zones, free trade zones, and other areas are highly visionary. For example, Shenzhen, as the narrative starting point of China's special economic zone and a landmark of the reform and opening up era, has developed into a modern international city in just a few decades. Nowadays, Hainan Free Trade Port also has similar potential. Hainan Free Trade Port has officially launched the island wide lockdown, which is a landmark measure of China's unwavering commitment to expanding high-level opening-up and promoting the construction of an open world economy. Rajewac believes that the Hainan Free Trade Port, which operates under closed borders, presents various opportunities in the fields of tourism, service trade, digital economy, biomedicine, beauty and cosmetics, and will definitely attract many enterprises from countries and regions to invest and develop here in the future. Rajewac speaks highly of the wisdom and vitality demonstrated by China in its development process. The Chinese government is committed to creating a favorable investment environment, especially by establishing free trade zones and ports, attracting domestic and foreign investment to stimulate market vitality and create profit margins. "Rajewac said that the operation of the Hainan Free Trade Port's customs clearance is the latest example of China's institutional opening-up. Against the backdrop of numerous challenges facing the world economy, China's adherence to high-level opening-up reflects the continuity and firmness of its economic development and governance philosophy. China is moving forward along the path it has been following for decades, always emphasizing development, "said Rajvac. Serbia maintains good economic and trade relations with China, importing many products from China and exporting a large number of market competitive goods to China. She stated that Serbia has benefited greatly from the economic and trade exchanges between Serbia and China, which confirms that China's development is an important opportunity for the economic transformation and upgrading of emerging markets and developing countries. Rajewac pointed out that China actively advocates the establishment of a more just international trade system, which has received widespread support from countries in the global South. China is a beacon of multilateral cooperation. China continues to promote high-level opening up to the outside world, promote common development of all countries, and give the world the opportunity to move towards a more stable future
