On December 19th, it was learned from State Grid Ezhou Power Supply Company that the unmanned aerial vehicle intelligent nuclear phase determination device developed by the company has passed the national patent preliminary review and has been successfully applied in the relocation project of Ezhou 110 kV Linxu Line and the technical renovation project of Ezhou 110 kV Langfan Line. This device is the first intelligent nuclear phase determination device for unmanned aerial vehicles suitable for full voltage levels of 10-500 kV in China. The relevant technical specifications and operation manuals have been compiled, and the device will be promoted and applied in Hubei Province in the future. As a key link in power grid construction, nuclear phase is the last line of defense before the main distribution network delivers power, and the accuracy of its results directly affects the safety and stable operation of the power grid and equipment. For a long time, traditional nuclear phase mainly relies on two types of nuclear phase methods: manual handheld and PT (voltage transformer) induction, which have prominent personal risks, low operational efficiency, and limited application scenarios. The unmanned aerial vehicle intelligent nuclear phase determination device systematically solves the problem of nuclear phase work from the source perception, spatial operation, and intelligent synchronization, providing new technical support for the safe and efficient construction of the power grid. Previously, nuclear imaging was a dangerous and tedious physical activity, but now it has become a fast and safe "technological activity". This device innovatively integrates Beidou/GPS microsecond level synchronous timing, electric field induction, 4G network transmission, and unmanned aerial vehicle operation platform, like giving the power grid a "pulse in the air", achieving technological breakthroughs through three innovative modes: short-range nuclear phase, long-range nuclear phase, and network phase determination. The short-range nuclear phase mode enables non-contact measurement in space, allowing operators to operate from a safe distance in the same area, eliminating the risk of electric shock. The remote nuclear phase mode relies on the high-precision synchronous clock principle, collects phase information through an electric field and wirelessly transmits it to a 4G module to achieve remote phase comparison. The network phase determination mode constructs a regional phase reference network through base stations, forming an "intelligent station construction and global sharing" core phase system. Operators only need to use a "single drone+mobile mini program" to complete one-stop core phase determination, solving the industry problem of no reference source core phase for new substations, expanding the applicable scenarios of core phase operation, and enhancing flexibility.
