However, for a long time, there have been some prominent problems in the actual promotion process of vocational college teacher enterprise practice, such as insufficient targeting of project design, disconnection between content and ability improvement needs, unclear practical positions and scenarios, inadequate standardization of organizational implementation, and inconsistent evaluation standards, which have hindered the full play of practical effectiveness. In response to these issues, the "Guidelines" provide a set of systematic guidelines for teacher enterprise practice bases, vocational colleges, and vocational education teachers with clear goals, clear job positions, standardized paths, optional projects, and diverse evaluations, laying a solid foundation for promoting the transformation of teacher enterprise practice systems from "existing" to "excellent". The core content of the "Guidelines" covers project objectives, content design, organizational implementation, assessment and evaluation, and condition guarantee, covering 17 major categories and 88 categories (specialties) such as agriculture, forestry, animal husbandry, fishery, resources, environment and safety, energy, power and materials, and equipment manufacturing. At the same time, the "Guidelines" standardize the design of the entire implementation process of teacher enterprise practice projects, clarify specific requirements for each link, and focus on improving the standardization level and actual effectiveness of the projects; The project content design is close to the forefront of the industry, incorporating new technologies, processes, and standards, and arranging practical content based on the actual job settings of the enterprise; Following the growth laws of teachers, focusing on the improvement of professional ethics, core competencies, and applied research abilities, combined with corresponding professional fields, systematically design modular and progressive practical content; Clarify the rights and responsibilities of all parties, standardize the implementation path, and promote resource sharing and mutual benefit.
