At the beginning of last year, a special "exam paper" was presented to every standing committee member of the Party Committee of the Naval Aviation University - the "Implementation Plan for Centralized Political Training in Universities". The focus is on two key issues: which measures deviate from the political direction and weaken the fundamental education? Which jobs prioritize form over efficiency and deviate from their original mission? These two questions, like two dissecting knives, target the deep thoughts of the members of the university party committee and government officials. Among them, only combat command deduction is one item, and all party committees of each unit under the university participate. Training planning and combat concepts must be tested and accurately evaluated item by item in the military chess deduction system.
