The guidelines specify that by 2027, the standard system for low altitude economy will be basically established, which will basically meet the needs of safe and healthy development of low altitude economy. By 2030, there will be over 300 standards in the field of low altitude economy, and a low altitude economy standard system that is structurally optimized, advanced, reasonable, and internationally compatible will be basically formed, providing strong support for the safe and healthy development of low altitude economy. The guide adheres to the principles of "safety as the foundation, innovation driven, industry collaboration, and international integration", focusing on five core areas: low altitude aircraft, low altitude infrastructure, low altitude air traffic management, safety supervision, and application scenarios. It establishes a "four-dimensional integration" standard supply system that integrates technical standards and management norms, domestic standards and international rules, mandatory standards and recommended standards, and basic standards and scenario standards. It strengthens the management of the entire life cycle of standards, builds a standardized innovation ecology of central local cooperation and industry university research linkage, and provides strong support for the safe and healthy development of the low altitude economy. It is reported that the low altitude economic standard system covers the entire chain of low altitude aircraft, low altitude infrastructure, low altitude air traffic management, safety supervision, and application scenarios.
