When encountering passengers carrying large luggage, elderly people with limited mobility, or special passengers with disabilities, officers and soldiers will always take the initiative to step forward, take their heavy bags, patiently guide them to the waiting area and green channel, coordinate with station staff to open the "priority channel for returning home", and assist special passengers to enter the station and board the train throughout the journey, adding warmth and affection to the Spring Festival travel rush.
