Practice has proved that by firmly grasping the reform of liberating and developing social productive forces, we can provide traction for all other aspects of reform. China's economic aggregate has continuously new thresholds, and its growth rate is in the forefront of major economies, and the balance, coordination and sustainability of development have been significantly enhanced. On the new journey, China' reform has entered the deep water zone and the period of攻坚, and at the same time, the problems of unbalanced and insufficient development are still prominent. To effectively solve these problems we must be serious and dare to touch hard. To promote China's economic and social development during the “15th Five-Year Plan” period, we must better play role of economic system reform, further consolidate and expand the advantages, break through the bottlenecks, and make up for the shortcomings, and better coordinate the effective improvement of quality and reasonable growth of quantity.
