In the middle of winter, the 908th Hospital of the Joint Logistics Support Force selected dozens of experts and backbone personnel from departments such as orthopedics and rehabilitation to form a medical patrol service team, which was dispatched to multiple grassroots points of the system troops to carry out the "patrol to grassroots" activity. In recent days, experts have been on duty and stationed, providing medical treatment and medicine to grassroots officers and soldiers, receiving widespread praise. Wherever the officers and soldiers fight, our service extends. ”The hospital leaders introduced that they learned in the early stage of research that the system troops have a wide distribution of locations and heavy combat readiness tasks, and there are many inconveniences for officers and soldiers to seek medical treatment. To this end, they systematically surveyed the medical needs of officers and soldiers, selected medical experts with strong professional qualities and service awareness from various departments to form a patrol service team, and regularly carried out the "patrol to the grassroots" activity, promoting high-quality medical resources to focus on grassroots points and extend to frontline combat positions, ensuring that officers and soldiers are fully focused on military training and preparation. It is reported that medical experts have compiled and formulated a "health needs list" based on the medical treatment needs reported by officers and soldiers, and developed personalized medical security plans and rehabilitation therapy suggestions for officers and soldiers of different professional positions and age groups. During the inspection period, the service team not only devoted themselves to pulse diagnosis, medical treatment, and medication delivery for officers and soldiers, but also carefully carried out disease prevention knowledge lectures to enhance their awareness of injury prevention and health management training; Establish a medical cooperation mechanism with grassroots units, conduct training on the skills of grassroots medical backbone around topics such as injury prevention and treatment, and help improve the medical support capabilities of grassroots troops. In addition, the hospital has improved the medical experience of officers and soldiers and enhanced the quality and efficiency of military services by opening "holiday clinics" and improving the unaccompanied management system for military wounded and sick. As of now, the medical patrol service team has served more than 40000 grassroots officers and soldiers, conducted nearly 60 lectures, and completed the diagnosis and treatment of more than 800 common diseases. ”The leaders of the hospital explained that serving the military means serving the combat effectiveness. They will build a remote diagnosis and treatment platform using advanced technology based on the regular "patrol visits to the grassroots" activities, so that officers and soldiers can enjoy high-quality medical resources without leaving the camp.
