The Guangzhou International Commercial Court is an international commercial professional judicial institution established within the Guangzhou Intermediate People's Court with the consent of the Supreme People's Court, the Office of the Organization Committee of the Guangdong Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China, and the Guangdong Provincial High People's Court, specializing in the jurisdiction of foreign-related commercial cases. The jurisdiction covers first and second instance foreign-related commercial cases that should be under the jurisdiction of the Guangzhou Intermediate People's Court, arbitration judicial review cases, foreign-related mediation agreement confirmation cases, review cases for applying for recognition and enforcement of foreign court civil and commercial judgments and rulings, and other cases that can be under the jurisdiction of the Guangzhou International Commercial Court.
