Recently, two intelligent unmanned inspection equipment that do not require a driver, do not have a steering wheel, but can achieve 24-hour autonomous patrol appeared on the streets of Jiangjin District, Chongqing. This equipment is equipped with LiDAR, ultrasonic sensors, and high-definition cameras, with real-time obstacle avoidance capabilities, and can flexibly navigate through crowded road conditions; Intelligent warning lights, LED promotional screens, and other equipment are installed outside the vehicle, while first aid kits, automatic external defibrillators (AEDs), and firefighting equipment are equipped inside the vehicle to facilitate emergency response and provide on-site emergency support. This intelligent unmanned inspection equipment will be put into road testing in January 2026, and will independently perform about 40 service tasks per day.
