Recently, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology issued a notice on the construction of national computing power interconnection nodes (hereinafter referred to as the "Notice"), proposing the establishment of a "1+M+N" national computing power interconnection node system. By constructing a "unified identification, unified standards, and unified rules" operation mechanism, the standardized interconnection and efficient flow of computing power resources in different regions, entities, and architectures can be achieved, effectively improving the efficiency and service level of public computing power resource utilization. It is reported that the national computing power interconnection node system consists of "1" national computing power Internet service nodes (completed and released), "M" regional nodes and "N" industrial nodes. In terms of construction goals, the "Notice" clearly states that regional and industry nodes are targeted at regions with strong computing power demand and key industries, respectively, to establish a computing power supply and demand docking system mechanism, achieve standardized interconnection and efficient flow of computing power resources in different regions, entities, and architectures, and improve the overall computing power level. In terms of construction content, regional nodes will establish a unified service platform to provide comprehensive support services such as identification registration, interconnection scheduling, and data monitoring for the interconnection and intercommunication of computing power within the region. Industry nodes establish their own service platforms to provide market-oriented services such as computing resource aggregation, computing power identification, and computing power selection for interconnection and intercommunication within the industry, and connect to regional nodes. In addition, the supporting document of the "Notice", the "National Computing Interconnection Node Construction Plan" (hereinafter referred to as the "Construction Plan"), was simultaneously issued. The Construction Plan standardizes the core system, participating parties, and workflow of node construction, clarifies the management responsibilities of regional and industry node construction, and is an important guideline for promoting node construction in various regions and industries. Among them, the Construction Plan focuses on the implementation of the core functions of nodes, and defines the construction of six core systems, including the national computing Internet (regional and industrial) service center, computing logo management system, computing resource convergence system, computing power selection system, computing power operation safety monitoring system, and security assurance system. In addition, the "Construction Plan" also clarifies the functional positioning and service provider categories of five types of participating entities, including computing power interconnection node entities, computing power resource providers, computing power resale scheduling service providers, computing power application service providers, computing power dedicated line service providers, etc. It is reported that the China Academy of Information and Communications Technology will continue to support the promotion of the "1+M+N" computing power interconnection node system. At the national level, under the guidance of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the National Computing Power Internet Service Node has been built. At the regional level, Beijing, Shanghai, Sichuan, Hubei, Guangdong, Chongqing, Hebei, Jiangsu, Anhui, Inner Mongolia, Gansu, Guizhou and other places are promoting the construction of computing power interconnection.
