It mainly includes research and development services, technology transfer and transformation services, enterprise incubation services, technology promotion services, inspection and testing certification services, information technology services, engineering technology services, technology finance services, intellectual property services, technology consulting, and other technology services. The "Guidelines" propose that by 2027, more than 40 new national and industry standards for the technology service industry will be formulated, and a preliminary standard system that meets the high-quality development of the technology service industry will be established, targeting over 1000 enterprises to carry out standard implementation work; By 2030, more than 80 new national and industry standards for the technology service industry will be formulated, and a standard system that meets the high-quality development of the technology service industry will be basically established. The standard architecture of the technology service industry includes three parts: basic universality, key areas, and management guarantee.
