Recently, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology issued a notice on organizing the construction of national computing power interconnection nodes (hereinafter referred to as the "Notice"), deploying and promoting the construction of the national computing power interconnection node system. Currently, the interconnection of computing power has become an industry consensus, and all parties have actively explored technological paths and engineering practices. In this context, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology has researched and formulated the "Notice". The Notice proposes the establishment of a "1+M+N" national computing power interconnection node system, which aims to achieve standardized interconnection and efficient flow of computing power resources in different regions, entities, and architectures through the construction of a "unified identification, unified standards, and unified rules" operation mechanism, effectively improving the efficiency and service level of public computing power resource utilization. The National Computing Power Interconnection Node is the core focus and key carrier to promote the construction of the national computing power interconnection system. It adopts the "1+M+N" architecture and consists of one national computing power Internet service node (national node), M regional nodes and N industry nodes that have been completed and released. Specifically, regional nodes provide comprehensive support services such as identification registration and resource aggregation for areas with high demand for computing power. Industry nodes focus on key industries to provide market-oriented services and connect to regional nodes. All nodes operate according to the principle of "unified identification, unified standards, and unified rules", improving the efficiency and service level of public computing power resource utilization, and assisting in the high-quality development of the computing power industry. At the same time, the "National Computing Interconnection Node Construction Plan" (hereinafter referred to as the "Construction Plan"), as a supporting document of the "Notice", closely connects with the deployment requirements of the "Notice", focuses on the key tasks of building the "1+M+N" system, standardizes the core system, participating entities, and workflow of node construction, clarifies the management responsibilities of regional and industry node construction, and is an important guideline for promoting node construction in various regions and industries. The Construction Plan focuses on the implementation of node core functions, and clearly establishes six core systems, including the national computing Internet (regional and industrial) service center, computing logo management system, computing resource aggregation system, computing power selection system, computing power operation safety monitoring system, and security assurance system. The Construction Plan also specifies the core workflow. For example, in terms of network entry into the market, computing resource providers complete registration and authentication at the service center, rely on the computing power identification management system to obtain a unique computing power identification, and after filing at the national node, include it in the regional computing power identification database to complete the network entry of computing resources into the market; Computing power dedicated line service providers can open lines in the computing power selection system.
