On March 30th, the reporter learned from the State Administration for Market Regulation that a research team in China has chaired the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) International Standards Working Group, innovatively proposed a full process voice quality evaluation scheme in international standards, developed supporting instruments, and led the development of three international standards, filling the gap at home and abroad. Among them, the completed Package of Essential Patent (SEP) declarations have formed technological advantages and gradually promoted overseas patent licensing. The State Administration for Market Regulation has expanded the scope of work of the working group to "intercom systems", covering almost all private network intercom applications, controlling the leading role of "standardization", and continuously maintaining China's international leading level in the field of full process voice quality evaluation. During the 14th Five Year Plan period, the State Administration for Market Regulation organized domestic advantageous scientific and technological forces to carry out research on digital voice intelligent interaction evaluation technology and standards, achieving a series of innovative results and promoting breakthroughs in the field of intelligent voice interaction quality evaluation and standardization in China. The research team is committed to innovation in intelligent voice interaction applications, proposing multiple new technologies, constructing an intelligent voice quality evaluation framework, empowering the continuous iteration of the Spark big model, promoting the application of multilingual intelligent products, helping to crack down on fraud cases, supporting the joint operation of intelligent policing and public security, guiding technology towards goodness, and fully promoting the progress of intelligent voice technology and industry development in China.
