The release of the "Three Year Action Plan for the Revitalization of Drama (2026-2028)" has laid out a clear blueprint for the steady and far-reaching development of Yue Opera art. Among them, in terms of talent cultivation, the plan focuses on the cultivation of young, local, and grassroots talents, with a special emphasis on the importance of cultivating excellent management talents for college and youth organizations.
