As the management entity of the government guided fund, the Australian Management Company is responsible for managing the daily operation, financial utilization, and execution of investment decisions of the fund. The SAR government stated that the company will establish market-oriented rules and procedures based on the principles of openness, fairness, and impartiality, and select qualified and qualified institutions to apply as fund managers for the parent fund. Encourage fund managers to connect with eligible market investors, leverage social capital, form a joint force between the government and the market, and help promote industrial upgrading and diversified development.
