In order to further publicize and show the achievements of the three-year action for the protection of covered bridges, recently, the theme publicity campaign for the protection of covered bridges organized by the National Cutural Heritage Administration was launched. The media team conducted in-depth visits to Beijian Bridge, Xidong Bridge, Xuezhai Bridge, Yongqing Bridge, Wenxing Bridge in Taishun County, Wenzhou City, Zhejiang Province, Luanfeng Bridge, Xiangong Bridge in Shouning County, Ningde City, Fujian Province, as well as Qiancheng Bridge, Baixiang Bridge, Wan'an Bridge and other covered bridges in Pingnan County, reporting on the history, style and construction techniques of local characteristic covered bridges, as well as new achievements in the protection of covered bridges; Interview representative inheritors of traditional wooden arch bridge construction techniques, understand the exquisite skills of cultural relic craftsmen, and reflect the responsibility of cultural relic workers. This theme promotion activity will gradually launch a series of all media reports. Through news, communication, image news, character interviews, short videos and other articles, the highlights and outstanding achievements of the protection, research and utilization of corridor bridge cultural relics in Zhejiang and Fujian will be presented from the perspectives of interpreting the value of corridor bridge cultural relics, typical character stories, and vivid practices of corridor bridge protection. Combined with typical experiences in Hunan, Guangxi, Jiangxi, Sichuan and other places, the results of the three-year action plan for corridor bridge protection will be comprehensively reflected, creating a good social atmosphere for the protection of cultural relics. In 2023, the Propaganda Department of the Central Committee, the Ministry of Culture and Tourism and the National Cutural Heritage Administration jointly launched the three-year action to protect covered bridges. In the past three years, various regions have comprehensively investigated the resources of the corridor bridge and achieved fruitful results in the protection, research and utilization of the corridor bridge.
