At the main forum of the 28th China Association for Science and Technology Annual Conference held in Beijing, major issues in the fields of artificial intelligence, life sciences, advanced manufacturing, etc. received attention. The 30 challenging issues released by the China Association for Science and Technology at the main forum of the annual meeting also include "magnetic confinement nuclear fusion combustion plasma", "collaborative observation experiment and application of a new type of mobile platform for extreme disaster weather satellite ground air", "efficient and low-cost intelligent manufacturing technology for giant constellation commercial satellites", etc.
It is reported that this year's collection and release activity was led by 10 national societies and a consortium of 7 societies, with 70 scientists recommending 84 difficult questions. 23 academicians and experts strictly evaluated and checked during the preliminary and final selection stages.
Since 2018, the China Association for Science and Technology has been continuously organizing the collection and release of major scientific and technological issues and difficulties, establishing a mechanism for condensing and forming problems and difficulties, and continuously enhancing its systematic technical foresight ability.
