Recently, the Department of Civil Affairs of Liaoning Province, together with the Development and Reform Commission of Liaoning Province and other departments (units), issued the "Several Policies for Promoting the Development of Silver Hair Economy in Liaoning Province" (hereinafter referred to as the "Several Policies"), which includes 11 aspects, aiming to implement the national strategy of actively responding to population aging, tap potential, boost consumption, and promote high-quality development of silver hair economy. In terms of encouraging the intelligent transformation of elderly care production lines, the "Several Policies" support the construction projects of intelligent production lines, digital workshops, and intelligent factories related to the elderly, and support elderly enterprises to purchase industrial robots, AGV cars, as well as industrial software such as MES and ERP. Support will be provided at a ratio of 5% of the total project investment, with a maximum of 10 million RMB per project. In terms of developing community supported home-based elderly care, the "Several Policies" support the launch of innovative pilot projects for county-level elderly care service systems, and provide subsidies of no more than 4 million yuan to each pilot area. Support various business entities to provide home-based elderly care services for disadvantaged and elderly people, and provide subsidies according to regulations.
