The Measures for the Administration of Tax Payment Credit shall come into effect on July 1st. The method includes the national unified collection and qualified social security fees and non tax revenue items in the credit evaluation, combined with the evaluation of the timely declaration and payment situation of the operating entity within the year, comprehensively evaluating the tax payment credit level, and more comprehensively reflecting the credit status of the operating entity. The management service of labor capacity appraisal is more convenient for the public. The new national standard "Management Measures for Labor Capacity Appraisal" for disposable sanitary products will come into effect on July 1st. The method proposes that application materials that can be obtained through information sharing shall not be required to be submitted repeatedly, and where conditions permit, applications for labor capacity assessment can be received through the internet. The deadline for delivering the labor capacity appraisal conclusion has been shortened from 20 days to 15 days, and it is required to strengthen the construction of accessible environments and improve accessible service facilities and equipment. The mandatory national standard "Hygiene Requirements for Disposable Sanitary Products" will be implemented from July 1st. The new national standard specifies that "disposable sanitary products" mainly include women's menstrual hygiene products, excreta hygiene products (excluding toilet paper), and other hygiene products such as sanitary wipes, antibacterial agents, and bacteriostatic agents. According to the health risks of different disposable sanitary products, pH value, residual amount of migratory fluorescent whitening agent physical and chemical indicators have been increased according to the risk level, while microbial contamination indicators and toxicological safety requirements have been adjusted.
