The Measures propose 16 specific measures from five aspects, including increasing support for the research and development of innovative drugs, supporting innovative drugs to enter the basic medical insurance drug catalog and commercial health insurance innovative drug catalog, supporting the clinical application of innovative drugs, improving the diversified payment ability of innovative drugs, and strengthening safeguard measures, to support the development of innovative drugs throughout the entire chain.
