From July 13th to 15th, the 16th Dairy Industry Conference, the Top 20 Dairy Industry Forum, and the 2025 China Dairy Industry Exhibition, hosted by the China Dairy Industry Association, were held in Xiamen, Fujian. The conference attracted more than 500 companies to participate, with a booth area of 100000 square meters and 60000 industry visitors. This year marks the 25th anniversary of the implementation of the national "Student Milk Drinking Plan". This program has played a positive role in helping students improve their nutrition, promoting regional balanced development, and leading industry transformation and upgrading. The implementation scope of the plan has expanded from the initial 5 pilot cities to 31 provinces, covering over 100000 schools and benefiting 31.34 million students. The daily supply of milk for students nationwide has increased from 500000 in 2001 to 26.72 million in 2024. (New Society)
