The shelf life of Chinese herbal medicine decoction pieces will be implemented from August 1st. It is reported that on July 14, 2023, the National Medical Products Administration issued the "Regulations on the Management of Labels for Traditional Chinese Medicine Decoction Pieces", which made clear requirements for the management of labels for traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces, proposing that the label content should indicate the shelf life, etc. The Regulation shall come into effect on August 1, 2024, and the labeling of shelf life shall come into effect on August 1, 2025.
