Beijing Xiaofei Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Xiaofei Technology") unveiled its innovative product, the Cygnus fully automatic blood cell morphology analysis system (hereinafter referred to as "Cygnus analysis system"), which is the first in China to be approved for registration as a Class III artificial intelligence medical device in the field of in vitro diagnostics. When the patient's white blood cells decrease, the cell density in the peripheral blood smear further decreases. When using a traditional microscope to classify the patient's blood smear, it is time-consuming, laborious, and prone to missing valuable abnormal cells. The Cygnus analysis system uses the "blood membrane global scanning mode" to accurately analyze all white blood cells in peripheral blood smears, greatly improving the detection rate of abnormal cells. When abnormal cells are detected, they can be accurately located in the peripheral blood smear, making it convenient for microscopy personnel to review under the microscope and significantly improving the accuracy of sample detection results. The Cygnus analysis system is capable of identifying various abnormal blood cells, and has been validated by the National Medical Products Administration with an accuracy rate of ≥ 90%. The test results are not affected by fatigue or differences in experience of the testing personnel, and can be analyzed accurately even if the sample quality is low. ”Wu Boshen, co-founder of Xiaofly Technology, said that the Cygnus analysis system is not only a simple technical product, but has also become a "weapon" for improving the quality of regional medical services.
