By the end of 2025, 4845 secondary and tertiary public comprehensive hospitals nationwide will be able to provide pediatric services, and 40000 township health centers and community health service centers will be able to provide diagnosis and treatment services for common and frequently occurring diseases in children. Jiao Yahui, Director of the Grassroots Department of the National Health Commission, introduced that by 2026, the primary pediatric diagnosis and treatment services will be further expanded, with 1000 new township health centers and community health service centers providing pediatric diagnosis and treatment services.
